-We do attend a number of trade shows/ Record Fairs through the Northeast. Please keep this is consideration if we are slow to get an answer to you. Especially over a weekend.

Grading

STILL SEALED: Unopen, never has been played.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks
or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as
the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records
advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
NEAR MINT: Only the slightest imperfection upon very close scrutiny.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but
there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging
might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD +: Not Excellent but above Very Good.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but
displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable
surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items is
expected.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has
noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild
scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges,
spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly
and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface
noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly
missing.

Return Policy

Return policy.
- Returns are accepted within 10 days if returned with prior authorization.
- Returned items must be in the same condition they were mailed out in.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless we send the incorrect item to you.
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

FAQ
My item never arrived.
- We will have proof of the item posting and being accepted by the US Postal Service. We are not responsible once the item is in the Postal Services hands. If this is an issue, Insurance or Registartion is available.

The DVD I ordered is not comapatble with my player.
-We will list the Region and Format of the DVD. We can not possibly know your player. Please double check before ordering.
